I love this gym, this is the place I really want. Environment of this gym is very good and wonderful guidance by Rambha ma'am . Her diet plan is really very helpful and tastier too. She never recommend any tasteless or hard diet plan. Her diet plan is really tasty and very easy. Atmosphere of gym is friendly and healthy. I never thought exercise is just like easy for me.
I highly recommend this gym for women.
It's been a while since I joined Ladies Gym under PT facility by Rambha ma'am to gain weight and being someone who has never been to a gym before, I did not imagine weight training to be my cup of tea. I've observed improvement in my stamina as a result of her effective diet plan and workout sessions, which suit my body well. Most importantly, Rambha ma'am handles any difficulty faced by clients with perfection resulting into our satisfaction.

This gym is best for ladies and have multiple excercises machines. This gym is friendly and here evryone talks in a very friendly way. Overall the trainer is also so motivating and try different excercise to keep fit.

I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. Rambha Mam is really awesome and helpful, she makes you feel really comfortable.
