I had the most phenomenal experience for my first time in Ladakh and it was due to the great trip provided to me by Ladakh My Trip. Rixin came up with a fantastic 7 day itinerary for me that was tailored to what I was interested in doing and was clear and communicative throughout the process (before, during, and after the trip). As a woman traveling alone in India I felt completely safe and secure with the driver, guide, and hotel accommodations knowing that if I had any problems I had the support I needed. Jamyang, my driver, was incredible and drove superbly in tough conditions. The Ladakhi roads which can be narrow, mountainous, and sometimes not paved can be tricky (especially when you have two way traffic) and Jamyang handled them like a pro. My guide Otzer was also fantastic going above and beyond to make me feel welcome in Ladakh. My itinerary focused mainly on visiting monasteries and he was able to get in to detail about the history of each monastery, specific details about the symbolism within each prayer hall, and overall help me understand the significance of each place. I couldn't have asked for a better guide or driver. They were both accommodating and flexible, making sure that I got the most out of my trip. I was also happy with the hotels/ accommodations that Rixin set me up with. I have traveled before in India and was impressed that all the places that were booked for me during my stay in Ladakh were clean, friendly, and felt incredibly safe. If I needed anything I could ask the hotel staff and they readily provided it. I also really appreciated having breakfast and dinner included in the cost so that I did not have to worry about finding somewhere outside to eat. Overall I would highly recommend Ladakh My Trip. They are trustworthy, cheerful, helpful, and overall great people that made my first experience in Ladakh a truly memorable one. I wish they did tours in other parts of India!

Our first trip to ladakh and was made a memorable one by 'Ladakh My Trip'.. We were 5 people and everyone of us was of different likings which were well taken care of by the trip organizer.. The trip lasted for 6 night and 7 days through which we covered Leh local sight seeing, Nubra Valley via Khardung la, Hunder, Siachen base camp, Charasa and Pangong so Lake. We were provided a great driver come guide Gyatso with his Innova. The car as well as all the stays they booked for us was just perfect for us. Came across Ladakh My Trip while searching for a reliable Ladakh tour planner. Initially I wasn't sure how the service would be, but after speaking to Mr Rigzin and the details, options he shared, I felt we found the right tour organizer. Ours was customized package so had few iterations of changes, Mr Rigzin was very flexible and helped draft final plan. We visited in May 2023. The driver cum local guide assigned to us was very polite and experienced. The guide made our travel very comfortable right from airport pickup and until drop back. I initially signed up to visit Leh through a bike touring agency but decided to not follow through as they were not based in Ladakh and insisted I pay the full amount asap, I did not trust them and decided to cancel my booking with them however since my flights were already booked at this point I needed to find someone else to organise the trip immediately. This is when I found Rixin, I called him 1 day before we were due to land in Ladakh and explained my situation and requirements. He understood the task at hand worked afterhours to get back to me on the very same night with a customised itinerary including a mix transportation of both bike and innova. I spoke to 5+ agencies to have something like this organised but as it was within such a short time frame, most of them were not willing to help or quoted a ridiculous amount. However Rixin was more than happy to take on the challenge and deliver an exceptional service within a reasonable budget. During our time in Leh, we decided to make a few changes to the agreed itinerary including upgrading our accommodation, skipping destinations and requesting multiple bikes instead of car on the lat day etc. Rixin was very flexible to accommodate to all our requests. I have the utmost confidence in Rixin and his ability to organise everything required to suit your needs and for you to have a safe and worry free trip to the Land of Lama.
