Visited Lad Restaurant with my friends for dinner and found the restaurant very good if you are looking for non veg. We tried special mutton thali (bolhai mutton is served), chicken special thali, Kharda chicken, and the taste was good. I liked the gravy. I went with chapati this time and not bhakari. I do not see maida tandoori roti on the menu. Kharda Chicken, I personally didn't like much. Food: 7/10 Service: 10/10 Value for money: 8/10 Ambiance: 8/10 Cleanness: 9/10 Parking: Somewhat difficult to find
May be good for Non-Vegetarian but absolutely hopeless for one who is vegetarian. Tasteless food (Here I talk about only veg food, as I am a vegetarian). You should be patient enough to receive your order. Don't think of ambiance or other things. Don't go to washroom, it is not cleaned for years.
I am from Hyderabad been coming to Pune since years but first time had alani Bhat in this trip. it was just so yummm! And chicken techa such a nice flavours. Had alani Bhat in other restaurants in Pune but nothing like the one I had here. They served Shorba in thali don't know what it is called in Pune it was so good! Such an alert staff with quick service! LAD will be my mandatory to go place when I come to Pune!
Lad restaurant offers you great food and service. Ambience is nice. We ordered Chicken Thecha/Kharda and chicken thali. Chicken was well cooked. Gravy was tasty. Chapatis were soft and served hot. Anda Masala was yummy as it was cut in to two pieces with mouth watering masala. Definitely a favourite place to visit when you are around Wakad area.

Taste was ok ok when i first time visited.. I had Special mutton thali... rassa was very average and sukka mutton was good. but my frds who have been here many times...says the taste varies on day by day... and it was not the best taste day when i visited May be will try again
We are regular at Lad from their outlet. Visited new outlet few days back. We noticed that quantity of thali is reduced specially kheema quantity and rice quantity. Alani soup was very thin like water and tasteless. Note: They charge 150 extra if you want to share thali and don't take anything extra.
Best place to try nonveg thali. Food was awesome and taste was also so good. And about good things in this thali was chicken kheema, alani was so good. And another one thing liked that is they have used spices correctly.
