Unprofessional staff. Not ready to show the size of the t shirr.. since the size of kids t shirts were too small for age. As part of the I&D initiative, the store has a couple of PWD. I interacted with one of them and found him very smart, intelligent and noted him demonstrating true professionalism while dealing. Really hope this would encourage other stores to think on bringing more diversity. Do visit this store, they are running flat 50% currently and keep running discounts from time to time.
I have purchased a product for rakhi gifting and they have clearly refused to exchange the size when on online site of Lacoste they r allowing exchange and return .i dnt understand how does it even makes sense and then the manager ther mr. Ankit Tyagi said that we are not linked with the online site .. .
Its always a great brand to wear.. on the expensive side however the quality and feel of the shirt and tshirts is next level. A normal plain colour coller tshirt would cost you somewhere around Rs 4000/- plus.
I have buyed assingle lacoste Polo T shirt for above Rs 4000 from the new arrival section from lacoste Select City walk Delhi. In a single wash the color goes fade. I am shock to see the faded colour of lacoste t shirt. I had a very bad experience with lacoste India.
