Located in a corner of the quest mall, the iconic brand has a range of clothing , geared for the youth. The sales staff are average and you need to push them to get a better experience.

ridiculously expensive for what ? am i paying only for the brand or it brings any value except the purpose of showing it off and having ego boost ? garments are supposed to be affordable as it is a basic need, now this commodity became a mere mean of class conflict. one day will come when a man/ woman kill another man/woman only because he/she had a Lacoste jacket or something. clothes can be made under lesses prices that these capitalist idealists are offering.
Great store!!! The best part was that there was no high-pressure selling like there is at almost every other premium store in India. The salespeople didn't follow me around everywhere & let me shop in peace. They only approached me when I needed their help (ie when I had questions regarding fit & size) & addressed all of my concerns quickly & courteously. The service was great, their selection of mens polos was superb & the quality of their merchandise was excellent. My only (minor) issue was with the fitting rooms. They were tight, cramped & one of the lightbulbs was burned out so I had some trouble seeing in the semi darkness. In addition, one of the fitting rooms had several hangers lying around, which I thought was messy. Other than that, I had a great shopping experience! If you're looking for mens polo shirts at Rs. 4,000 & up, this is the place to go! Lacoste is better than Louis Philippe, Arrow & Tommy Hilfiger in regards to quality of service & quality of merchandise (based on my personal experiences). If I need more polos I'm definitely going back to Lacoste!
Internet connectivity of the store is extremely poor. Card or UPI pmt is extremely difficult.

Get enlightened about Lacoste with the help of Google. According to my understanding, they have an outlet at Quest Mall, Park Circus. They had a short history at South City Mall. I claim the confirmation on 8 March, 2020. So, I got hold of a sports watch in August 2019 and it became exhausted in December. After a little hard work, I figured out that Lacoste has an outlet at Quest. My quest to repair my Lacoste watch sunk at Quest Mall when they said that they don't provide any after sales service. What a SHAME! I was asked to visit a TITAN outlet and get it repaired. Titan treated my watch like an illegitimate child and mentioned that they won't provide a warranty on the battey. That's Life! Listen to Frank Sinatra...I am done.
