THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVERY STAYED! Water leak in bathroom, mold and damp smell entire room, entire 1st and 2nd floor, but the 3rd floor was bit ok (with family had to switch room due to lack of vacating options at midnight). The staffs were nice, I admire their role to save the place and keep the business running but it's a nightmare for the guests! This place needs a serious pause until a good renovation!
Staying at La Woods was a beautiful experience for me and my family. The staff were very pleasant, and the owner was caring and treated each guest with individual attention and care. He was conversational, and made everyone feel at home. The entertainment on the third floor was excellent, catering for the needs of international guests. The breakfast was great, and we were helped with choices according to our tastes. This was our best experience in India. Will recommend the hotel to anyone travelling
I had a wonderful time overall at the La Woods Hotel. The hotel was mainly tidy. With the exception of the fact that the towels weren't changed every day, the room service was good. Mr. Marimuthu was really gracious and gave us whatever we requested during breakfast. Mr. Pandian was great since he voiced his concerns when I was vomiting and having diarrhea. He also comes over and asks if there is anything else we need to make our stay more enjoyable. Ms. Hema was very helpful and supplied all the information I needed on the hotel stay and payments. She addressed all of our questions.
Located at easily accessible place and very near to Lic, not a big place, but maintained well.. it's compact.. rooms are clean and hygienic.. Veranda and walk space needs to be upgraded
The food here was average. . But they do follow their protocols well. . . They won't allow you to go to the bar if you go there with your kids. . . Ambience was okay okay. . .
I had a very good experience at this hotel last week. Great value for money, fabulous rooms and a decent South Indian buffet breakfast. 5* from me. I wish we can access this hotel at affordable rates in the future too.
