I had been to this Resort a week ago with my Mother. And the Staff is very humble and Nice. I would definitely rate 4 for the Location. Only disappointment was there was little electricity issues but otherwise it's good
If you only search for a good location view near kazairanga national park.. it's ok. But room service, room facilities are very poor.. at night 2 to 3 hours electricity was not available and no any phone available to raise the complain.. very poor facilities....
Decent location can be wonderful stay if amenities are looked after. Telephone in room don't work TV working condition but no channel subscribed. One can't go to reception every time to tell needs.. For morning safari you have to get up early but don't expect even Tea before 8 am and no one is reception also till then

Rooms: Not hygienic. Average room. Staff & Service: Bad. Staff do not respond properly. Do not care attitude. People at the restaurant have gutka in their mouth always. Staff keep playing loud music often disturbing the guest. Location: Good. Nice panoramic view of Kaziranga National Park. This doesn't compensate to the bad service and room's quality. Do not recommend this place at all.
The Resort has a beautiful view with lots of trees and space. The staff were really humble and helful. They also decorated the garden area as a complementary thing on my birthday with no extra cost. Rooms are very clean spacious and hygenic . It was a mesmerising experience! Definitely looking forward to revisit with no second thought
The rooms were not upto the mark and neither hygienic, however the view and place was great. We stayed only one night that too for safari only. Average place, food was good. Not properly maintained. Surroundings and views were really nice.
hotel location good, but very poor service , comman toilet very bad lady has problem, i asked manager to clean common toilet , he asked me lot of people come in hotel so i can't clean. hotel manager behaviour not good, rurly talk too me , and hotel owner park his car of my car behind, and run away one hour, he come after one hour i asked him car properly parked we are suffering , he louldy talk too me, he not accept his mistake. hotel owner & manager have no manners.
