LaVista is a Beautiful strong Residential Tower about 24 storey My brother stays on the 11 th floor from last 7 years. The building is nicely build & maintained with Fullfledge Gym & underground Car Park for members. Three Lifts work full time & well maintained. A Jain Mandir has come up just next to LaVista & the building is like a LandsEnd, with Natural surrounding & Jungle & mountains to add in background.. Lovely Residence on a Hillock place

Very good location probably the best on planet earth. But the people living in this building are probably the worst. All committee are so arrogant, useless and much more. All are bosses here so no one listens to other's ideas. Watchmen are more than flat owners... Members are more interested in festival's than regular problems. Above all the dadagiri by some idiot living on 20th floor and the fellow committee members who follow his commands like..... Makes life hell over here at LA VISTA
