My brother stays on the 11 th floor from last 7 years.
The building is nicely build & maintained with Fullfledge Gym & underground Car Park for members. Three Lifts work full time & well maintained.
A Jain Mandir has come up just next to LaVista & the building is like a LandsEnd, with Natural surrounding & Jungle & mountains to add in background..

But the people living in this building are probably the worst. All committee are so arrogant, useless and much more. All are bosses here so no one listens to other's ideas.

Members are more interested in festival's than regular problems.
