Good place, spacious gym, nice environment. Major disadvantage is trainers. Only Deepak sir who give training to girls are hard working & give equally concern. Another trainers are lazy, fatty type evenly they can't have basic diet knowledge. Not good in terms of RoI
Cardio and main workout section is on different floors so thats nice like makes it less crowded. The whole gym floor is matted which is great. Some trainers are very good and dedicated and some are very lazy and laidback so you have to experiment and see which ones are good which aren't
So I have been a part of this gym for past 4 years now, the staff here is very friendly the manage SHAKTI SIR will surely help you and give you a nice discount if you ask for , also this place has 2 trainers in the morning a few helpers and 2 different trainers in the evening with a few helpers. This place use to be crowded but things have changed over time so the workout area has been expanded and and it doesn't feel crowded here . This gym has a centralised AC unit for proper ventilation and all the equipment needed for workout also now they have equipments for cross-training. I prefer this gym over others which are quite near to my location because this building is actually build for the purpose of a gym it's not a empty floor used to open up a gym like many others in nearby area it's double or maybe triple the size of the gyms in GTB also it's divided into 2 floors to feels like less crowded and they also give trials. The worst gym ever! There are no professional trainers. They only two trainers in total, and both of them are completely useless. For starters they don't look like trainers at all. Low on energy. All they do is sit and yawn. You will find them gossiping and giggling. That's it.
