This hotel gives a homely atmosphere situated very close to Manyata Tech park. Has a cute dining area which serves great breakfast and overall menu is good. Recommend for longer stays .

Had a fabulous stay at La Serene Hotel. The receptionist Premika was amazing and super kind to check us in early. The rooms were fabulous. The food was excellent. Would love to visit again! :)

Two lady travellers, we booked an elite room for 2-night stay, paying the full amount well in advance. However, upon arrival, we were informed that elite rooms were not available and they gave us a smoking room! The strong bad smell of smoke was suffocating. We called the reception and they sent a room boy with air freshner. In spite of that, the foul smell of prevailed. We went down for lunch downstairs at their restaurant (which wasn't very great). Upon returning, we found that the smoke smell persisted. We asked them to change our room. We were given a signature room, which was better than the smoking room. The next morning, we were asked to move to an elite room since the people who had booked that signature room would be arriving soon. So what about our arrival yesterday, after making the booking? Also, we had to pack everything and shift to another room, which was very inconvenient. In spite of us communicating this, we had to shift to another room. Adding to the disappointment, the buffet breakfast was yet another disaster. Idlis stuck to the butter paper underneath, sambar tasted sweet and the lemon rice left us thoroughly unsatisfied. Overall very disappointed with our stay in this hotel. Won't recommend this to anyone.

We had an amazing experience staying at La Serene hotel, rooms had all amenities as hair dryer, Mini fridge, heater, locker safe etc. The food was really amazing, we ordered the pasta and sandwich for lunch, pasta was al Dante and breakfast was delicious with rava idly, crispy vada, chutney, yummy pancake and maple syrup. The receptionist Premika was kind enough to help with all our needs and made us want to come next time.

Quiet place. Good hospitality by staff esp. Ms. Premika. Location is good but no good vegetarian restaurants nearby. AC was superb. Wifi was not working. Rooms linen quality could be improved.

Wonderful place with good ambiance and courteous staff Rooms are very neat and clean and the rates are very reasonable. Appreciate the sincerity and efforts taken by the hotel specially the staff member Vishvendu who not only promptly informed of my personal belongings left in the room but also took pains to return it to my location

I had a pleasant experience. The service was good, and the cleanliness was noteworthy. However, the room size was a bit smaller than expected. Overall, a good stay!

Food quality is excellent. Ambience is very good. Excellent service given by staff, especially by Miss Champa and Miss Premika. They were very courteous.
