La Sagrita - Hotel in New Delhi - South East, India

I personally had good experience at this place. I have travelled from hyderabad on Business trip. Security alert all the while, Reception was approachable all the while. We had come on business trip, so what we wanted was just good room to sleep and go for work, for which this place was perfect. Food at the restaurant was good too... Had pleasent 3 day stay with no hastles. Look forward to visit this place whenever iam at Delhi.

The administrator sold us an upgrade of the room, said that there is a good garden view. There is no view. Just a big tree in front you, nothing you can see else, no view. We were too tired after long flight, and decided not to change anything. Personnel was nice. The guy who served the food was also nice but not trained. Prices for food are like in restaurant. But the food and the serving are not so good. The fair price in Delhi is at least double cheaper. I couldn't increase AC temperature. The setting didn't work. Not working hair dryer. I asked to replace a key card for 3 times, because it didn't work. Also an Uber couldn't get to this place. They just couldn't find the way. (1 out of 4 could) Overall Delhi was really nice. But this hotel was our bad decision. The only reason to stay is quietness and the green glade on the opposite site of the road, lots of birds singing. P.S. And also a Security guy was the best. Always welcoming, always open the taxi car door.

Certainly not deserving of either the 4 stars claimed or of over 8 points. Its strong suit is a classy location for which the guest is made to pay through his teeth. Everything else is of regular Delhi guest house standards. There are thousands of those to choose from at half the rate you pay at La Sagrita.

No hot water for shower at 6 am! Electric kettle not working. Overpriced food. Walking distance from Pragati Maidan.

Small boutiques hotel. Totally unsmiling, smug and unwelcoming staff at the reception. The room was small and unequipped. I had to ask for almost everything including a jug of water. Having said that, the rooms are nice and clean. Support staff is prompt. Air conditioning is excellent. Bathrooms are clean An attractive feature is the large terrace outside the terrace. And a small lawn as you enter the hotel

Booked this hotel as Ahuja Residency, a hotel nearby that we had stayed in before, was a little expensive for those nights. La Sagrita is a good competitor to Ahuja...I won't be surprised if the owners are the same. Located about 100 metres inside Sunder Nagar colony in the heart of Delhi, La Sagrita has several good things going on for it. The room was lovely...a nice king size bed and a window with a view. We got the Executive room the first night...which is the standard room. The next night we had booked in a Premium room which was supposed to be an upgrade. However, on checking the "premium" room the next day, we found that it was actually smaller than the executive room and had no windows. Certainly the executive room was better and we requested that we keep our room. So do check the rooms before you go in as some rooms are better than others. We got room 210. Breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful and attentive. Front desk people were a bit incompetent though....need a bit of training. Otherwise, a fantastic hotel to stay at.

It's a basic hotel suitable for a short stay. The area where this is located is pretty amazing but the downside is that the windows in my room didn't really have a view. Clean rooms but a little smaller than expected. The staff is efficient and helpful. Available round the clock for any assistance. The breakfast spread was good and the staff there was really courteous and accomodating. The biggest problem for me were the AC controls in my room which were either complicated or didn't work properly at times. It would switch off its own and the room would get really hot.

It was an average quality hotel. Staff were very friendly and cooperative. The hotel is located inside a protected residential area called Sundar Nagar. The location is too quite and dark. Sometimes it was really scary to walk to the Hotel at night after 9 PM because you almost see nobody in the road inside the area. There a number Caucasian foreigners I saw staying there. Restaurant was average quality and breakfast buffett did not have too many options. It was mostly Indian food. However they have a menu of American, Chinese & Thai cuisine for lunch and dinner meals.
