Worst experience I have ever faced. Lift was not working. Rooms was very dirty even leakage was there. Wasted my 3-4 hours in shifting room and all. I have booked the room with breakfast but no buffet was there only chole Puri they sent in the room in the name of breakfast. Very very bad experience and also swimming pool not belong to them you have to pay extra if you want to use the swimming pool. Please don't waste your money and most importantly your trip by booking this hotel.

The service at this hotel was horrendous, to say the least. A simple cup of coffee, pakoda and a bottle of water took more than 2 hours to reach my room. It was as if the staff had no sense of urgency or care for their guests' needs. Moreover, food orders were consistently delayed, leaving me hungry and frustrated throughout my stay. The malfunctioning lift was a major safety hazard that posed a serious risk to guests, especially children. The collapsible gate could be opened at any time, potentially leading to a tragic accident. This level of negligence and disregard for guest safety is completely unacceptable. Adding to the disappointment was the rude and unhelpful attitude of the staff. They displayed no interest in assisting guests, making interactions uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The lack of professionalism further exacerbated the already dire situation. In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at La Platina Hotel. The horrendous service, malfunctioning lift, rude staff, and deplorable room conditions are indicative of a complete lack of care for guests' well-being and comfort. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone else. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a pleasant and safe stay.

To top it off, the presence of mold on the walls was not only unsightly but also a potential health concern. In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at La Platina Hotel. The building actually consists of flats and it's not a commercial premises like hotels or suites. This is a old Housing Society which completely lacks modern, decent and luxurious facilities. The room given to us is a simple old fashioned flat which lacks suitable standards of a updated hotels. The sofa and bed is not clean and the lights are not good but simple tubelight. The images shown in MakeMyTrip are nothing but misrepresentation. It appears that we have entered into an old outdated flat. It nowhere can ever be compared to even a decent flat, what to talk about a hotel room or a suite. The lifts are not automatic but manual and that too outdated. One has to go to 6th floor to take the lift as there is no button on the 7th floor to call the lift. The reception was not present. A guest came to meet me and it took him around 30 minutes to reach till my room despite the fact the he was already on the premises i.e. society. Also, online it says it is 3.6 km away from temple, however, I have annexed the Google Maps wherein I am standing exactly outside the Jagannath Temple and you can see that the actual distance is 5.1 km and not 3.6 km as falsely shown on website. Also, 5.1 is for the bikes and not for cars, one will take longer time if driving a car. Please don't get fooled by paid reviews and misrepresenting images posted by MakeMyTrip and do read all the Google reviews before proceeding further. These Guys won't return your money nor will pay any heed to your complaints but you will be completely ignored by them as if you don't exist. As a well wisher, I would strongly suggest to avoid this place at any cost.

A lovely hotel, right from the rooms to the food and the services. Three nights here were worth it. The morning breakfast spread is one of the best, and very diverse menu each day. The room service was also good. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were tastefully designed, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The delicious dining options and beautiful views added an extra touch of delight. Highly recommended for a memorable stay".

All the staff we met was always smiling and warm. Rooms were clean. Prices for room service as well as at their restaurants were very reasonable. Breakfast was excellent. Everything you need from your hotel for a great holiday and more. Resort got almost everything right, their hospitality was top notch. We look forward to being back soon.

Very pocket friendly 5 star rated hotel. Excellent service, i like the ambience. It was really great. Staff is cooperative, especially nisha, she was there with us and was very helpful. Excellent service. Clean spacious rooms and great team. This is the best property in puri, the ambience is good, staff is very polite and services are very prompt. I have tried many properties in puri but this one is amazing.

I Had to wait 15 minutes at the main gate then no proper parking space. Moving on to the rooms, they were far from the comfortable accommodations one would expect from a reputable hotel. Booked via makemytrip @3500 INR and today showing 1500. Completely feel bad and cheated. It is a mix of residential and commercial complex.I took a suite and they provided one Sofa Cum Bed in drawing room and many cockroaches.
