Food is good. Salads are an average. Service is excellent. Waiter and waitresses are happy to serve. Other staff is also good. They make you comfortable and asked feedback related to food. Price is very little high but good experience.
They are like just eat and go type behaviour. AC was like give me an extra charge to hi me chalunga .. Salad quality was worst. They are mixing cold drinks with water. Trane ka engine bigad gaya tha. To be honest i would recommend the Mad over grills. Note : I was there with my 50 people of staff.
Best place for eating salad, pasta, chats, french fries, noodles, veg. Crispy, pizza which are unlimited unlimited. Service was a little bad , because they do not have huge staff, but all are supportive in nature. They have a nice atmosphere & ambiance.
Poor and delayed service. The taste of few starters are not at all good. Even in cold drinks only orange is ok other 2 variety is terrible . Won't recommend.
Everything is very good especially when kids are amazed,,staff are very good ,price is moderate everything is unlimited including chinees and Punjabi dishes.

Service and Atmosphere is good, I liked their Train theme. but food isn't as good as it should be. there are lot of choices in unlimited menu then other cafes. but like other they also loads pizzas with Mayonnaise (in the name of cheese) (just like other cheap priced restaurants). I am not fan of Mayonnaise.
Very bad experience with Pal Surat outlet. We need to fight to serve pizza on train. If you are going with kid by attract its train theam then avoid going. It's bit costly as well and they were not serving pizza on train as per their theme.i need to fight with them and they serve dessert in train. So please avoid going this pal surat outlet.
