The decoration here is very beautiful.This cafe is in front of Shivaji Garden, if you go there then don't miss to come here, this is very nice cafe and you must come with your friends and family.

Loved it !! , Go for it if you love pizza taste better than Domino's in some way but it's overpriced in ordinary days try to get bogo(buy one get one)offer on Wednesday and Friday for medium size or above (usually crowded on those days ) it's totally worth it , decent ambiance , taste great and value for money (with bogo)

Stale and obsolete pesto lasagne No acknowledgement of food taste and quality. You are made to pay for whatever is served on table regardless of taste or quality.

Nice place , but little judgemental surrounding. Ok ok taste Friday off as buy 1 get 1 free .

Wish I could give negative star rating to this store, a total failure on the name of the world class retail pizza outlet. I visited the store at a time when the crowd was zero in the store, grabbed the pizza and what I see in the pizza, hair, hair in pizza. When I asked them to return it they provided a world class "gyaan". In total the service is worst and pizza is definitely not la pino class.

Absolute poor crust. Compromise on dough quality and over baking a usual practice here, thus leading to biscuit like hard crust. Visit/trial not recommended unless you wish to waste money. Franchise owners should take caution else brand name is at a very high stake!

Very bad experience! First of all, service was the worst. They didn't co-operate with customers and I was very annoyed during my time there. Next, it took more than an hour for my turn. And when I did get my pizza, it wasn't even mine! The only good point was that the food was bearable. Not tasty. Just okay. I'd really appreciate if you look into the matter. Otherwise, it would bring more negative comments and bad experience for your customers. P. S. Last time I went there, everything was fine.

Visited the place two times with my friend and now it is my go to place for pizza. The staff is polite, ambience is nice and the food they serve is just yummy. Though it might feel a bit expensive but the taste is completely worth it. The English Retreat Pizza here is love and one must definitely try it. P.S.:- I would have provided 5 stars if I didn't have to wait for 30 minutes for my pizza (Although they apologised for it and I will rate 5 if I get timely service here next time).
