Every time we place a phone order, they consistently provide poor service, take too long to deliver, and repeatedly claim it will take time. However, I noticed they manage to deliver on time when using Swiggy or Zomato. The outlet owner should address this issue.

La pino'z Pizza is very gud in all respects,like in terms of taste in terms of material quality, freshness, quantity etc. Even I think it's better then pizza Hut and domino's. And one more think is that they don't take extra charges for soft drinks they provide soft drinks at market price not like other pizza brands
I ordered a pizza from them. Called them directly. Asked them twice if they'll have change, once before placing my order and once after being told my total and both times they assured me it won't be an issue. order arrived 40 minutes later without any cash whatsoever. I asked the delivery person to send me the change via paytm. it's been 20 minutes and i still haven't received the change which was of Rs375. i would advise you to omit ordering from them because of their unprofessional behaviour. you wouldn't want to risk getting yourself caught in these trashy situations with no fault of your own. 0 work ethic.
