La Perle River Resorts - Resort hotel in Ramnagar, Laduwarao - Nainital, India

Firstly, what I really didn't like is behaviour of Mr. Surinder pal incharge of there, as he asked me where are from in marriage function attended 4 days ago, it was a marriage function otherwise I would have punched on his face straight away, that's a complete insult of guest, his behaviour is also intolerable by guards when they told me, I asked about the owner, they said Mr. Ashish and Taram so you both should hire an incharge who doesn't have such behaviour, I am not supposed to kick on anyone's job, I don't even know surinder pal but such behaviour is not acceptable, I complaint to my relatives regarding this, secondly, food quality is not as best as you expect, location is very good

Pathetic Service! I've visited first time in Jim Corbett and book this resort but I was never accepted this kinda bad hospitality. Though the location is good, situated near to the river but the service by the staff is pathetic. Not all but some of the staff members are ill-mannered & treat guests badly. In addition, Rooms are okay, but room service not available for tea coffee and water which I have faced first time in hotel industry. washroom was stinking that really need attention & renovation. I highly recommend "NO" for this Property. Rest upto your experience or the improvement, if it will happen by the resort owner.

The property is beautifully located. This is all good that I can share about it. The restaurant is far from rooms which would have been totally okay had they allowed us umbrellaa on a rainy day atleast for the elderly or fetched the food on room. One day in to the stay we found a needle in the quilt. Yeah get that. The beautiful part was the space next to the river where we could just sit and be at peace. The swimming pool is cool. You can find your peace there. The services at the hotel is what could have been ten times between given its location.

This is nice resort.provide by excellent service. Good resort,nice environment. Located by the kosi river. This is the beautiful resort. Rooms also good. I will come visit again this resort.

Worst Food , Paneer in the dish was stinking , bad service , no answerability , This resort is just a trap to extort money , if you want to be safe and healthy don't ever stay in this resort.

I recently visited the Le Pearle river resort for a quick getaway and absolutely loved it! The stay was cosy, the views were picturesque, the meals were delicious, and just being close to nature was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and refreshing break from your daily routine.

Visited the resort for a wedding. The staff managed everything really well. All the guests were attended to in a hospitable manner, the food was delicious. The property has a really nice view of the riverside as well. There is a scope of improvement in the decor, but all in all it was a pleasant experience.
