LA MONTANA BY TGI - Resort hotel in Ooty - The Nilgiris, India

I recently stayed here and overall, it was a amazing experience that I ever experienced. The rooms were neat and clean, which I truly appreciated. The highlight for me was the balcony; Especially the view from there was absolutely mesmerising. Especially Morning time. In terms of the dining experience, It's satisfying. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at your hotel for three days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were impressively neat and clean, which I truly appreciated. The highlight for me was the balcony; the view from there was absolutely mesmerizing. However, one area that could be improved in the rooms is the lighting, as it felt quite dim at times. I also noticed that the balcony was quite spacious, and it struck me that this space could be utilized better by adding a small dining table and chairs. This would allow guests to enjoy meals while taking in the scenic views. The housekeeping staff deserves commendation; they were consistently prompt and efficient, ensuring a comfortable stay. In terms of the dining experience, I found the vegetarian food to be quite tasty and satisfying. However, I must admit that the non-vegetarian options did not meet my expectations in terms of taste. I believe there is room for improvement in this aspect. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

20 days back we stayed here. The staffs were helpful and considerate. The rooms were clean but the window curtains weren't clean and the toilet was slippery. Management is not efficient and I am still chasing for my refund for a cancelled room.

A fair stay for our group. Rooms were good and spacious with a good view. Food was excellent. They had a good pianist as well for dinner. Was hoping for the rooms to be a little bit cleaner and better located. It takes significant effort to reach the rooms located at the bottom of the resort. Older people can struggle.

Excellent property with awesome view from all rooms , it's very near to city center and other visiting places. Rooms are specious as well as balcony. Very nice view from room of hills, city and toy train. Overall it's really nice property with indore games and enough car parking. Rooms maintenance can be improved but overall it's clean and hygienic.

Very pathetic rooms. The photos are extremely deceiving. The rooms are always damp or wet leaving an unhygienic feel. Bathrooms are never dry, the door mats & bathroom mats are never dry and doesn't absorb any water. The rooms are extremely cold, blankets are freezing & heater is not provided until asked for. Which again doesn't work beyond 1 feet and few minutes. It's always freezing. No toilet rolls, no hand wash, no hair dryer, no network, Wifi issues, and on & on One should come on your own risk. Would never ever recommend to anyone. Very bad experience. The one & only good thing about this is their friendly & extremely helpful staff. Feels very sorry them to handle such a pathetic infrastructure. A extra star just for the staff.

Had a really good two night stay at the hotel in Ooty. Nice location, rooms have balcony with wonderful view and very courteous staff. Breakfast buffet has many variety of delicious preparations. Would highly recommend to others for their stay at Ooty..

Our stay at Ooty is memorable thanks to La Montana. The rooms were luxurious and the view is spectacular! We could see tea plantations to Eucalyptus trees to small houses to beautiful sun rise. Everyday there was a campfire and it was fun. It is a good place to unwind and laze with family. Food was good. Kids play area was also sufficient. Overall a great experience.
