It was A Very Nice Experience In Laa Imperio. The Room was Clean And Well.
They Take Care Of Coustomers Privacy Very Well.
Between the crowded city of Aligarh, the hotel offers a restaurant, and good staying facilities, with a few negative points such as no windows in some rooms, a 4 floored building, yet only a single lift with 2 person capacity (at most 3)
We checked in but I was not satisfied with the room but Sumit who very politely took care of it and shifted me to a executive room which was better. The room service, cleanliness, hygiene were all up to the mark. Staff were very polite and helpful. Stay Arrangements for my driver were also provided by the hotel. Telephone etiquette and behavior was also polite and good.
Overall my experience were very good and i had a great time here.
Sumit, Tarun, Zoha and rest all the staff were very helpful and made our stay hassle free.

The room was nice and cozy. Clean bathroom and bedding. Staff was co-operative and helpful but there were negative points also.Provided toiletries were NOT good at all. all bottles (shampoo, body lotion, body wash) were half-filled, seems they do refill them for each new customer.bathroom slippers, dental kit were missing which was committed while booking.They Never check room amenities before allotment.I have to ask house-keeping staff for water bottle which should be there (first thing after room allotment).
Good ambience, rooms are well maintained. Infrastructure is great. They also have a restaurant on the ground floor. Beverage prices are quite high.
Open parking place. Overall a good place to stay.
Rooms were top class, services were excellent. Can't believe that they have been able to give that good services in Aligarh. I have used many hotels in Aligarh but the experience here was very different

The duty manager was courteous and had positive attitude. The room was well maintained. Definitely would like to visit again. One suggestion, the parking area should be moreover need attention and a locking system or guarded.
The services are degraded now.
The curry is still quite delicious but the breads are very thin like papad. The hospitality has become worst.
Need to be as per the set expectations.

Hotel is good situated on a busy street of Aligarh in market, all the amenities are nearby.. the housekeeping department is good they keep your things if you left something in hotel, totally safe in every aspect. Highly recommeded.
