Staying in the hotel room has been an absolute delight. The ambiance here is truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a sense of tranquility and luxury that enveloped the space. The tastefully designed decor, with its harmonious blend of modern elegance and cozy comfort, creates an inviting atmosphere that's hard to leave. Every detail, from the soft, ambient lighting to the carefully selected furnishings, contributes to a sense of relaxation and indulgence. I can confidently say that my stay here has been nothing short of exceptional, and I look forward to savoring every moment in this wonderful room.

Pros:The ambience, location, amenities were good. Owner of the property is highly professional. Near to Raidurg metro station, or you can easily get Rapido or Ola rides . Food quantity and quantity is good. You can order or bring outside food. So many restaurants are present adjacent to the hotel and situated opposite to Medicover Hospital. Staffs are well mannered and behaved professionally.Cons:1.Toilet got chocked thrice in 3 days, although hotel management get it resolved within one hour on 2 occasions and change the room on 3rd time.2. One reception staff's rudeness and misbehaviour brought down the experience for this hotel, and he was handling the reception. He Literally misbehaved with a lady denied the room keys by sending her 1st to the room without key, then saying the key is not at the reception. Upon questioning, he denied any booking, where as the room has been booked for 5 days and that was 3 rd day of the stay. This kind of less educated/ unprofessional staff shouldn't be in the reception. And misbehaving or talking rudely with a guest is not acceptable at all.

Quite budget friendly hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned. They maintained the hygiene and cleanliness properly. Service was good and quick. Location was great.

I stayed 6 days in this hotel recently with family. Room, services all were excellent. Breakfast was complimentary and delicious. Nice location. Staff was very co-operative. Absolutely in budget. Restaurant is on Ground floor, Lunch, dinner all one can have at single point as well as staying. Overall it's a good experience of mine, staying in this hotel. Thanks.

The hotel was good, and the amenities were nice. The bed and washrooms were good. I will recommend this stay. Tv was not working. other than that everything was fine and good.

Bharat, Pravin, Varma gave us excellent service. Food in the restaurant was tasty and reasonable. Rooms were clean. Courteous staff. Excellent room pricing.

Hotel is ok. Maintenance is not good. If you are in ground floor near reception, it smells garbage from cellar. We stayed in two rooms & saw roaches in both rooms. There is no proper desk & chair to work & rooms are small. We stayed here for 4 nights & tv worked only on first day. Though we informed them, they did nothing.
