La Flora Paradise Residency Resort Yercaud - Resort hotel in Yercaud - Salem, India

Hi friends recently I booking this hotel, and I paid advance payment 1k, unfortunately I am not going to yarcaud, but I informed hotel manager before two days, but amount not refunded, and boor responsibility.

A nice location and easily accessible. The rooms are spacious enough to feel comfortable but furniture could have been better. The low seating chairs are particularly uncomfortable. Staff were attentive and helpful but were too few to be available many a times. Some cleanliness issues were resolved after some serious complaints. Overall the stay was satisfactory.

First experience is poor. points to be noted : Parking is not good. the rooms are average. bed size is too small. family with small kid can't sleep on the so called double bed. there was no bath towel, stationary kits are available. towels can get by asking. Restaurant has no menu card. hand written menu I have got. that too very little options and very high price. The location of the hotel is 3 Km away from the lake. there is no nearby restaurant so you have to depend on the restaurant with the minimum options.

The La Flora Paradise Residency Resort is located near the pagoda viewpoint. This hotel needs to make repairs to its electrical outlets and switches, and the restrooms need to be cleaned up. In addition to this, the entrance mats, the bed sheets, and the blanket were all dirty. The complimentary breakfast was not great as there was a limited quantity and it wasn't enough for all guests staying at the hotel who were staying at the hotel. Overall, hotel management should enhance the facility's upkeep and level of service.

We stayed for 3 days , overall experience was very good . Location is good , pakoda view point is less than a km away . Breakfast is hygienic and is of very good authentic south indian taste . Staff behaviour is very nice . Room size is big . Overall good place , little bit of maintenance is needed in room doors and in general .

Good hospitality. Parking space available. Rooms are clean. Room have a small balcony which is a good experience at night. Complimentary breakfast which they provide is tasty. Tea need to be improved. Blanket and bed sheet they provided was not clean.

It was a great experience staying here. Polite and friendly staffs. Decent and spacious rooms. We got the first floor room with balcony. Food price is quite high, apart from that everything felt nice.

It was a very good stay, the services were good and the people were kind, especially the lady who seems to be the owner. Good location, suitable for family as well as bachelor's. Few cons are mobile network is very bad, but the hotel provides you a good wifi connection, hope they continues it. Room smells bit stingy when I entered and there were no floor mats. Food was good, they cook most foods what we wishes for if we request earlier before dinner. Overall a fantastic place to spend couple of of days.
