I have been here few times. One of the best Salon in North Paravur. Good service and reasonable price.
Had a great experience at La Fenta. Everyone's really friendly and accommodating. Hats off to Sujith on doing a fabulous job for my engagement and wedding. Reasonable priced packages are available as well. Definitely recommend this salon if you are looking for a hair do for an upcoming function or a regular hair cut.
Used to visit this place frequently until I got my underarms waxed a few days before my engagement. I constant conveyed to the staff that the was was way too hot. They didn't care and went ahead with waxing my underarms which resulted in skin boils and a wound. The staff were constantly body shaming me to force me into other procedures. Despite their good quality infrastructure, quality of their services seems poor.
I happened to visit this parlor on 14th April ahead of my sister's wedding. I booked an appointment two days back just for haircut and blow dry even though I wanted to avail waxing services but had to drop my plans as it was late evening. As soon as I finished my hair session, the receptionist asked me whether I would like to avail waxing as I did mention this to her in the beginning when I walked in to the parlor. She was was very thoughtful and helpful. The service staff was also very helpful and professional. I have to comment about both the receptionist and the staff who did the services for me. Affordable price and amazing customer service. Do visit and you won't regret. PS:- Didn't want to mention the name of the staffs due to privacy concerns. However, should they require this, I am more than happy to include this in my review.
