Me and my friends had booked La broiche for our graduation ceremony. To be really frank they were very poor in time management.They took more than 20 bookings on the same day and couldn't get almost 10 people ready by the expected time. It was the most important day of our lives and we missed a major part of it as we were late. They should have already mentioned their capacity beforehand. We would have chosen differently. Instead, they took more bookings just to get more money. We have already mentioned about the time and repeatedly asked them while getting us ready whether they'll be able to manage all of us. I would never suggest them for a group event.They may be good at bridal makeup where only one person need to be focused. But they surely can't manage more people at a time. Personally this was my worst experience with a makeup studio. They ruined our graduation. We regret choosing them. It would have been better if we didn't do any makeup rather than choosing them.

After voraciously surfing on Instagram and google for about 6 months, came across this salon on Instagram. Even before the enquiry, was blown over their portfolio on Instagram. I was a non-Malayali bride getting married according to Kerala Customs and the only reference of the Malayali brides I had were from google and movies. Shoutout to "Ayesha" who helped me through the entire process and was warm, polite and transparent about everything from the very first phone call. She also happens to be a polyglot and hence there was no language barrier as well which helped me converse seamlessly as to what kinda service I required. She also was following up with me frequently even after the booking was confirmed by enquiring if I needed any help with the sari or jewellery purchase. I bet there won't be any other salon who would go above and beyond their way just to help a customer in order to make sure they look great on their Big day. Another major positive point is that they do give their suggestions, but they don't gaslight the customers. In the end, it's our choice as to how we want our hair or makeup to be done. Till the last minute, they were only trying to perfect the look and the look matched my natural skin tone. Trust me, I have received a zillion compliments on the wedding and people have been asking me their contact in order to book them ever since. They made me look exactly how I wanted to look (in my head). The cleanliness, the service, the products, the communication, the customer service, everything is top class!! I am so glad our paths crossed. So all you bride-to-be's in Calicut, trust me, La Brioche is the BEST bridal salon in town!! If you book them, there's one less thing to worry about among the million things on your wedding to-do-list!! Do hit them up!! They respond very promptly on Instagram and over call!! You can thank me later!!

Had the most amazing time here. I did my bridal makeover at la broiche and they did an absolutely amazing job. The hairdo and makeup was in perfect sync with my gown. The staff was extremely friendly and were very attentive. Would definitely recommend this place.
