Various species of fishes are available at reasonable price. I bought good quality of 70 L acquarium after returning 28 L (purchased online) in almost same price range, not same brand from here.

The best place in Saltlake and Newtown area belt to find good quality supplies for your fishes period. Owner is very co-operative and helps all newbies like me in fish keeping hobby to choose the right supplies. Only place in this part of Kolkata where you can find real good fish food, medicines, filteration media and water treatment and conditioners. My own experience visiting this place was AWESOME. I got the items which I was exactly looking for like Tetra bits complete fish food, seachem products like prime, pristine, safe and seachem's best filteration media layer purigen. Most of the products he kept are imported ones (made in Germany, Japan and USA). The best part is owner will not force you to buy stuffs which are unnecessary for your setup. He even suggests not to buy stuffs to help people understand at the cost of loosing opportunity to sell that item as businesses. I feel myself to be really lucky to find this place as I love my fishes, and they deserve right food and environment. So to conclude, IF YOU REALLY LOVE YOUR FISHES AND WANT THE BEST FOR THEM, THEN THIS IS THE PLACE YOU HAVE TO VISIT.

Anyone having aquarium (be it big or small ) must consult Mr Soumyadeep. He has excellent knowledge in that field. He would give you genuine advise. He would suggest you the best. I am really happy with his service and guidance for my aquarium.

This place does not look fancy but it is one of the best shops I have ever gone to buy fish. The owner of the shop has deep knowledge of fishes and how to take care of them.He says he has been taking care of fishes since the age of five.He is very knowledgeable and kind. He conducts classes for training novice candidates who want to pursue this hobby. So if you are novice this is the best shop for you to go.

The shop is not only good, it's very good, behaviour of the shop owner is very much polite. Before you visit, must call to the shop owner, because in front of the house there is not present any kind of Glow Shine Board. Prise of all products are Cheap than only store as well as Shyambazar Hat.

They don't have much ready stock for aquariums. They do not qualify much as a retailer, but more of a service centre for your aquarium. For the first timer not sure if this the correct place. But the person definitely is knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend if you already own an aquarium and looking for additional stuffs.

This is an addictive hobby, no doubt about that. Expert retailers are always in the scope of exploiting beginner aquarists. It's was really nice meeting someone with straight forward attitude. This place is quite a distance from my home, but i took the pain of visiting him and the store and surely it was not disappointing. You know when you are talking to an experienced aquarist. The food and fish quality is pretty genuine and fairly priced as well. Do visit his store, because this hobby is all about gaining more information from the right source !
