Consider this as the last option. We booked 2 rooms, their check-in time was 1:00 pm and we reached at 2:50 pm and after doing initial formalities they told us to wait a further 10 min since rooms were not ready, showing their lack of commitment. No provision for welcome drink or any sense of respect for guests. Just to compensate they upgraded one of our room to suite after showing a sense of favour on us. Room seems to be home converted into hotel and are not at all kids friendly. After checking in we ordered 5 cup of tea, they delivered 3 cup and that too without sugar sachet or spoon etc... We had to call back again to get the remaining 2 cups and now they delivered sugar and spoon :( and waiter told us that he delivered sugar earlier :) Security staff was very friendly and helped park cars safely and morning breakfast was good and waiter in the restaurant were also very good and with good breakfast. Located at the best locality in Dehradun.
Horrible customer service! I ordered food from Coco when we had just moved to Dehradun. They said they don't deliver to our house which is 10 mins away! I said we will pick up the food. They said I will have to make an advance payment. I said I will make payment after unloading our stuff from the Movers' truck and after that you get our food ready. The restaurant manager called me 8 times within next one hour while imposing the food that they had already cooked, without our advance payment! Even though I said you plz cool after payment. We picked up stone cold food which they refused to reheat. Probably they don't have any takers!! Pathetic and super horrible service and waste of money on useless food.

The new rooms on the 3rd Floor are much better, but lift goes only till 2nd floor. Food is good, they have a cafe that has some good stuff around bread and continental.
Hotel is located near the city centre, so there won't be any problem in terms of convenience Rooms were clean, overall nice stay.
I was really overwhelmed by the organizing of delhi 6 street food fest. It took us to the streets of chandni chowk, delhi in dehradun. Great job. Please do again these type of street food fest inn near future. Commendable job.

Beautiful property, managed by Family. It is completely give feels of home stay. Good home cooked food and service as well. The best thing is you can cook at your own in guest kitchen. Also located in prime area IN Rajpura Road.
Phenomenal hotel. Location is a great advantage as it is just a few minutes walk from Pacific Mall. The food is nice but there is a very limited menu. Service is average. They didn't give proper toiletries even after asking them for it.
Me and my husband recently stayed at this hotel. To start with its location is quite good. Rooms were clean & service was prompt. Covered Parking was available, so thats a plus. Reception staff was polite & helpful. Food was value for money..Will def
