The staff is extremely unprofessional and they response very poorly after the purchase has been done. I bought a diamond ring and the diamonds fell off at the first moment after reaching the home. I called them complaining about my response but they behaved very unprofessional. I might have to register a case against them in the consumer forum.

Very good quality of gold jewellery are available here with BIS mark. The designs are quite impressive.
They have hidden terms and conditions on exchange on their own products let alone products from other brands. They deduct 20% in diamond exchange even if the product was purchased from their store, when they do not mention about during purchase. Also they do not have enough good options. Better to opt for reliable brands like Kalyan Jewellers and Malabar or even Tanishq is fine for that matter although they charge huge making charges just like L. Gopal, at least they have better options with well behaved salesperson.
