Kyriad Prestige Calangute Goa by OTHPL - Resort hotel in Bardez, Calangute - North Goa, India

Rooms are OK. Facilities are poor. Food was good but a limited choice and gets boring after 3-4 days. Gym is poorly equipped. Bar area only has benches and there is nowhere to chill out and chat with a drink. Groups of school children running riot and sports teams shouting and drinking did nothing for holiday makers trying to relax. Corporate events took president over holiday makers which meant at meal times there were no staff available to assist you. Lunch buffets were cancelled for holidayers when Corporates had meals arranged in the events room. The pool was filthy with a constant black/green ring around it at water level. Never cleaned by staff. Noisy echoing buildings. Children left at pool while parents went out. These children were unable to swim. Max 2 star at best nowhere near 4 star level.

Memorable one Beautiful lush green property, lot of greenery. We had a wonderful experience right from the Great room. Great food, day wise events, fun activity , great live music and Excellent hospitality. Truly a great experience. Kudos to the entire Kyriad Prestige Goa team. Cheers ! Rooms were bad. Curtains were not properly covering the windows. AC was barely working. Property seems very old. Pool was horrible. You wouldn't dare step into it. The guy at the front desk was indifferent. Dinner, morning buffet, housekeeping and evening tea and snacks was very good. Overall, its only worth less than 2k per night in any other city but its Goa right!! If you're paying more stay away from it.

The breakfast was awesome. Service was also good. It's just bathroom fittings that are a little old. Otherwise, everything was a good and awesome stay. Value for money hotel. The poolside was good, nice music they play full day. Evening Tea/Coffee is served by them on the poolside. Rest all was good.

The reception was amazingly efficient in ensuring that we got checked in quickly and ensured that our stay was very comfortable. Though almost a full house their services did not lack. Keep it up. And will recommend to anyone who like to come n visit goa

Excellent place for a family vacation. Good facilities, friendly and helpful staff. A short walk from the beach. Awesome spread at breakfast

Worst place to be, I am currently at the property ie Nov 2023. Surrounded by cheap building. Hookers waiting out side the property. No proper parking. Rowdy owners and staff. I order some meal, me and my family with 2 kids and 1 infant waited for an hour and half. They didn't deliver food. When I asked they simply told me that I didn't order. When I went to owner he threatened to call police if I spoke about incident in public also told me to leave in middle of night with kids and family. I had to finally take my family to eat out side. No meal, even no plates to be given if you bring something to eat from out side. Guy at reception told me that we charge for washing those plates. No running shower and you get no toiletries. When you call reception they switch on hot water. No running hot water. Once we had no running water with no prior information it was a horrible experience lame excuses like rusty pipe repairing was given. Smelly bathrooms and toilets. I request trip advisor, Kyra's international and consumer protection cell to take note.

The rooms were not well maintained and room service was not good... swimming pool washrooms were not good Welcome drink was served with hair in it... Breakfast food quality was not that great. The restaurant chef spoke very rudely when we ordered multiple dishes he said take this one first and then come back for others... very bad treatment Location of the property is good and outdoor decoration is very nice.....
