Less than professional staff. Haritham restaurant is publicised as 101% vegetarian but serves omlette but no Dosa in breakfast. The bath and room compliments need to be demanded and asked on daily basis. Less than expected experience.

Good rooms and good location but VERY poor service and management. Staff is inadequate and unprofessional. Management is biased, if you book from third party MMT or Goibibo they will not help you with small requests but if you book with them directly they will be accommodative of random requests. The management and service staff need a major overhaul.

Good hotel. Rooms are a bit old. Can be maintained better. Location is near main area of the city. Breakfast buffet was average, nothing extraordinary. Suitable for families.

Small but cosy hotel in a good location and on the main station road. Parking is limited but they have an underground one. When we checked- in on 27th evening, there was none to carry our luggage to the room. The watchman donned the role. Apart from that, room(suite, 3rd floor) was clean and shiny. Sofas in the living room were excellent. Very nice room lighting. Fans and ac functioned well. Service, a tad slow, but courteous. Prashant was very helpful. By the roadside, so only view is the road below. The rooms didn't have minibar, and I was told no room had one---very surprising. Extra bed given was a bed on the floor---majority of hotels offer cots with beds. Sound insulation is poor: vehicular sound is heard even in the room on 3rd floor. Bathrooms are clean but there appears to be a serious problem with shower knob. Finally, breakfast is a damp-squib. Insipid taste and meagre spread. Many restaurants are available near-by like Kamat.

Had a great time. Great food and great hospitality. Thanked Chef and his team for delicious dal and Veg Kandari Service team has served with lots of affection and love and made me feel at home. He is an asset to your Biso

The staff and the management people are very intelligent because, first they give you a regular menu and you order, you consume it and then you ask for bill, they'll print the bill with DOUBLE AMOUNT, when you ask questions about bill, they will tell you that prices are increased etc.... finally you need to pay the bill... they succeeded... FRAUD,SCAM, LIARS,

Cosy room nice environment friendly staff buffet food was excellent n tasty...staffs were very humble specially Team Housekeeping and Service. Who gave a excellent service.Overall enjoyed my stay. planning to visit soon.

Near to main road and Gol Gumbaz. Good rooms for decent price. Professional staff. Has basement parking. Has a pure veg restaurant in the ground floor which is very convenient for vegetarians. Has another restaurant for non-vegetarians as well in the first floor.
