Sir Today T20 cricket match is going on in my room sports channel this match is not coming. When I called receptionist at 8.30pm and told about this. He told that he will send some person. After waiting half an hour and once again I called receptionist at 9.00 pm, he told that he himself is coming. Match over till now nobody came. The Worst customer service from receptionist. This type of service customers are getting in kyriad hotel

The location is good. Parking facility is available. The rooms are small. The washroom could be better. The sanitary ware needs a renovation. The AC was not working properly. The rooms are highly overpriced.

I had booked 2 rooms. The AC of one of the rooms was not working. We came from the whole day travel from akkalkot and Gangapur and we were tired. I informed reception. They sent one person who said there was some problem with that AC. I informed reception they said that person is an idiot(as he said the truth). Then they sent one another person from housekeeping and he said I don't know much about AC. Then they again send another person and that person called a technician. He checked the settings and said after 15 minutes it will be ok. But nothing happened. I told them to change the room but they said the hotel is fully booked. It was 10:30 in the night and as we were tired we slept without AC. The next day I told them why I should pay for the AC room. There was no response. The receptionist only said your Booking is online so he cannot do anything. I told him to call any senior. He said the GM has gone to his native place. Nobody was there to speak. Finally with frustration I checked out. The receptionist said he will inform the GM and he will call. But no call yet. Not at all professional. Not recommended.

We stayed for one night at this hotel during our trip back to Hyderabad. The hotel is okish for a night stay. It's location is excellent, just on NH 52 and one can easily reach NH 65 from here. Hotel has parking. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. Room was big with attached toilet and a separate drawing room. But room's cleanliness is questionable. Too many strains on sofa and floor. Water was not coming in comod flush in the morning and actually we had to wait till the plumber comes and rectify. Most pathetic part is food. No taste at all. The breakfast spread is limited and lacks taste as well. It's good to know that the hotel is pure veg. I can recommend it for a night stay but definitely not for a long stay or vacation.

Very clean room and a best stay to explore when in Solapur. The staff is really supportive and especially thanks to Mr. Malsidha and Mr. Avinash for the amazing treatment and a perfect stay. The timely service and good housekeeping staff has led to a perfect stay.

The stay at Kyriad, Solapur was pleasant. The rooms were clean and amenities were provided. The bath shower stopped working all of a sudden and we had to deal with it. There are no buckets or mugs provided. Hence it was challenging. The breakfast buffet was excellent. They had a pineapple healthy shot drink without sugar. I wanted one without pineapple and they arranged one for me. They also organised tea without sugar on request. Some items like black chana and sambhar were too oily and lacked flavor. Masala dosa was made with less oil on request. The hotel staff were courteous. One of the managers' Mr. Faisal was helpful and understanding. We left early in the morning. Hence we were told they would pack a breakfast bag and give us as breakfast is included. They organised cut fruits and sandwiches for us the prior night and kept it in the fridge. The sandwich was tasty but unfortunately they only provided 2 pieces of a single sandwich for 2 people. They said they would give 2 portions and gave only one. The stay was nice but would surely expect better service the next time if we stay in any Kyriad hotels in India.

Rooms are specious and good. Veg food served is also good. People serving here are very cooperative. Location is very near tio highway.

The staff went out of their way to help us.the food was outstanding. The room was very neatly kept n comfortable.the restaurant manager Mr Vikas was very couteous person.Always went out of his way to ask everyone if they were happy with the food n service.N Mr shrikant the floor manager went out of his way to help us with our luggage n to call a rick for us to go to the station.The stay at KYRIAD was an excellent experience.
