Room is very small ,bed is also small & the Bathroom is very small, The name is Kayrat bed & breakfast but we didn't get any breakfast. There was no wardrobe in room so keeping things is difficult. Location is between Darjeeling Stn. and Mall road no shop or restaurant near by. Mr. Sonam manager come all in one he is very co operative thanks to Mr.Sonam. He made it real home stay.
As a family stay it's safe no issue but with a kid it's impossible to stay in this home stay.
I booked this homestay for 2 day's
1st day it was awesome experience the owner was very help full .. but 2nd day i was surprised the owner arranged a private cab for sight seeing with out my permission @ high rate . As i was not ready for that after that i refused to go by that cab..but the owner of the homestay forced me to pay cancelletaion charge 500 ruppess to the cab driver. Then i have decided to visit sight seeing by that cab without any option ..with full loss 2 places with that high rates 1.6k ruppess for 2 spots only and the driver don't want to go such places to visit as they promised total waste of my money and time.. the Bathroom was dirty without proper drainage system .. i have posted photos ..u all can see... It's an average experience .I will not recommend you all to go there it will be better stay elsewhere ..

I stayed here for 4 days with my husband and baby and really got superb hospitality..they even provided room heater for my baby..FOod was good. it's not like 5 star hotel kind of food but you can get the homely touch.
And mostly the view from the attic room was waaaaaoooo.....We were amazed by the view..
In the morning if the sky is clear you will get the view of Kangchenjunga.. Would like to thanks Mr. Pokhraj and Mr. Vaaila for giving us such beautiful company..

and most good thing is water availability 24*7 you will get water in your room. and also power backup available and Wi-Fi is fast.
Friendly owners, excellent location, awesome food. Best part is the hosts are very friendly. Such a nice person and he makes you feel at home. Breakfast and dinner with authentic home like food. definitely I could like to give 5 star... must visit this one, he will arange all your needs.
I don't think, u can get another one of such homestay at this price in Darjeeling. It's simple value of money all over. All the images of rooms are real and you have to believe it that u can get it at this price. And bhaiya the owner is very carring. Only the thing which bothering me lot is that bargaining with cab driver who belongs to this homestay and provided by owner. He demanded high rent for cab Rs3200, 3 seater jugar cab for whole day. So, i recommend that hire a car from outside of this homestay. Besides that all is good.
Bad up to maximum level. No towel, no soap, no mirror any where, no hook to hang the cloths, no almirah,no table,no chair, dampness, no hot water, no inverter or generator. bad smell, bad behaviour. We booked 3 rooms for 2 days, reached at night 9.30 pm, they provide only two rooms only. And when we adjusted in two rooms, ,they charge extra bed charges forcefully. In extra bed, they issued only a thin matteress, without bedsheets,blanket and pillow and also we asked for tea, the cup was dirty, and tea served very bad in Darjeeling town. worst experience. Not recommended for free also.
With family, we are unable to discuss or contest any thing with the owner of this property. they say that they have a relative, who is DSP. So we were helpless.
Great location, fantastic view from the hotel. Very good behaviour of staff. Just like a home away from home.
