A neat and clean cosy place with a good ambience for dining in. Location wise the place is very convenient for people coming from any corner of the city. Food items are tasty, service is prompt, efficient and customer-friendly. Though the pricing of items especially the liquors served are a bit on the higher side, altogether it's value for money.

The legendary restaurant at Park street. A heritage place you must visit during your stay in city of joy. The food, the old nostalgic vibes, the staff everything is outstanding. Must try their all time favourite tomato fish and chicken bharta. Sublime.

Went here for the first time after visiting Kolkata for 14 years and I can't believe it took me so long to try Kwality. Incredible North Indian food with specials that were like nothing I've ever had before. Excellent service and food made with obvious care. A+

THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE STAFFS IS SO DISCOURTEOUS. I just genuinely asked them a question. They just started howling at me.THEY ARE JUST RUDE, UNPLEASANT. AFTER BEING THERE FOR HALF AN HOUR, I OBSERVED THAT THEY TREAT PEOPLE ACCORDING TO THEIR CLOTHES. IF A PERSON IS WELL DRESSED, THEY SERVE THEM FOOD, OPEN THE DOOR FOR THEM AND TALK TO THEM NICELY.AND IF A PERSON IS NOT WELL DRESSED, THEY JUST DO THE OPPOSITE. JUST IGNORANT ILL-MANNERED WAITERS. BRO duniyaa khaaN se khaaN phuNc gyaa,,, aap kpdd'oN meN hii attke rhe ge / Please upgrade your waiters with well behaved one.And upgrade your mindset too. Food quality was bad, though quantity was sufficient.Just bland and unflavoured food. Service is very bad. They just keep the food on your table and go away. You have to serve yourself. The waiters just stand near you and constantly keep looking at you which makes you feel akward. Ambience was okayish.

Went there for old time sake! Ordered butter chicken masala. It wasn't marinated well. Instead of Garlic Nan, I got Butter Garlic Nan, but steward to quick to replace it. Not sure if it was worth going back?

I travelled to Kolkata only for having lunch here along with my family.During my childhood While we were staying at Kolkata every weekend my father used to take us here and try their pine apple punch, chilli chicken, fried kulcha, pindi chana and tutti frutti. This is the same food we tried here on this visit. The food tasted super nice.

Disgusting place. Worst dinning experience of my life. Ordered chicken sizzler. Gave 3 pieces of chicken liver along with a chicken piece. Feeling disappointed and cheated we asked to change the liver pieces. As I didn't go to eat liver pieces are the price of chicken. The manager, a middle aged man started arguing that he would give boiled veg in place of liver. Disgusting behaviour. And we had ordered a baked fish . The Fish was smelly and the skin wasn't removed. Overall disgusting food. AND THE WORST PART IS DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR. CAN'T IMAGINE SOMEONE TALKING TO CUSTOMER IN THAT WAY . THE FOOD OF THIS ONCE GREAT RESTAURANT IS DEGRADING DAY BY DAY. NEEDS TO IMPROVE ASAP IF THEY WANT CUSTOMERS.

Since we had tried Mumbai and Delhi Kwality restaurants, we had to try food at their Kolkata outlet as well. And as expected, it didn't disappoint us. Been running for more than 70 years, it had that old world charm with amazing food.
