the staff in here are very arrogant and rude!! and they dont maintain hygiene at all...they touch all the places with their hands and they dip the their same hands in the sambar and idly mixture without even washing their hands...DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! the saff don't care about the costumer service because their hotel is pretty much famous locally..but they dont deserve this at all...they have to change their staff or tell them how to behave with the costumers and maintain hygiene while making the food!! i got hair in the chutny and i told the manager but he didn't care at all...it was very normal for them..they scratch their buts with the same hands they also serve you idly and vada without even washing and they are rude aswell!
