I am writing this review against my experience with KVR Kannur, I had called 2 or 3 dealers in Kannur and Kasaragod for enquiring about new car offer and they told me advisor will reach you soon but no one.Nextday I called Sreekandapuram Branch they said the same as answer as previous day , which was very disappointing experience, but the advisor Shiju contacted me in 10 minutes and explained the current offer & assisted me finish the purchasing formalities, I recommend people like him would be an asset for the company. I had difficulties with fast tag recharge and he came for rescue again.Thank Shiju for your timely assistance. One thing Tata needs to improve is after sales support which is very poor if you compare with Maruti.Keeping one service center per District is a desastor and we need wait for long hours for service.We hope you will focus more on this aspect. Thank you .

Recently purchased Tata Tiago XZA from the showroom. Very Good service and well behaved staff. Its a new showroom just started in Sreekandapuram but the professional approach shown by the staff is pretty good. They have delivered Car one week before the promised date of delivery.
