First of all, Calicut KVR and Perinthalmanna KVR are not the same management. This review applies to only Perintalmanna KVR Bajaj. Trust in Bajaj service restored after getting my Dominar repaired after a major breakdown. Only delay is in getting the uncommon parts sourced from Bajaj. Otherwise the service is very prompt and sincere. Special mention to Deepak for the timely updates and to Jain for the careful service. To be honest, I would prefer riding 100kms round trip to get a decent service like this than servicing motorcycle in sketchy Bajaj center in Kozhikode. Kudos to team KVR, Perintalmanna. We will meet again.
