This hospital provides excellent medical care, showcasing a commitment to effective treatment. However, its notable drawback is the absence of a robust social work department, impacting holistic patient support. Improved integration of social services could enhance overall patient well-being.

Treatment is somewhat okay compared to other hospitals of same kind, especially their nephrology doctor, he is there to promote a specific pharmacy (from experience), the moment after consulting another nephrology doctor my medicines are revised and health is restored. Parking for dialysis patients are pain in the A$$ if the patient is old and having difficulty in mobility because parking near dialysis section is taken by hospital directors. Last time I visited a physician, he told me to do almost eight tests, but the most irritating thing is the physician leave before the results an told a nurse to transfer it to another doctor(who already left because his shift is over and he is not available next day cause his booking is full), I can do all the tests but of no use hence no doctor which means no one to prescribe medicines. On top of all these a sample medicine a physician give me for free but it is expired Only positive of this hospital is a physician Dr. Raveendranath a true legend in the field of treatment <<photos are attached>> (The reason for two stars instead of one is because the government hospital in Cherthala is so bad and zero star is not possible hence they take one star rating)

Poor management. Am writing this review from the hospital itself. Even after taking proper appointment for the Pediatrician, we are waiting here since 3 and half hours for our turn. One thing I have observed in these 3 hours is, Friends and relatives of the hospital staff can jump que and no need to wait for their turn. I would like to emphasize one thing, I agree that the doctor's time is priceless but please consider ours too, We are also humans. Please keep in mind that you charging us for Each and every facilities we are availing from these hospital. So please consider some values to our time too.

My experience while visiting one of my relatives admitted at the hospital was notably disappointing due to the glaring absence of a social work department. It's disheartening that a facility entrusted with patient well-being falls short in addressing the holistic needs of individuals, highlighting a critical deficiency in their commitment to comprehensive healthcare.

One of the best hospitals in Cherthala. Good infrastructure and well maintained. Specialists available for almost all the sections.Nursing staffs are cordial and helpful. On weekdays there will be a wait for booking. Parking facility is available. But the parking space is far away from the main building and filled with mud which makes inconvenience at times.

the management is so intolerable.. people with stupid ideas and unbearable attitudes.. dialysis patients can't park their vehicles infront of dialysis unit because directors parking is there. And if the patient is unable to walk ,still you have to park the vehicle somewhere else Like seriously?? They really don't care about the patients But still you have to pay big pay cheques.. This hospital still here only because of some of the doctors and nurses..you can see the photo as an evidence for the same!!!

It's one of the famous hospitals in Cherthala! The hospital is situated beside the national highway and almost a km from the KSRTC, Cherthala. The hospital provides various department facilities in comparison with any other nearby hospitals!

Pathetic!!! How could a hospital work like this. Treatments are actually good but service is not proper It's not the pro's duty to take complaints and patients services..social worker service should be provided for the patient's psychosocial assessment and discharge plan. Hope you guys will avail this soon.
