I had the worst haircut experience today. I specifically told the stylist not to shorten much, and gave specific instructions. But the stylist was so stubborn, he flatly said no, we need to cut the hair because it is damaged at the ends, even though I did not have split ends I asked for expertise guidance before the haiswash, but they did not give that too. I asked if the curtain bangs would suit me, only them proceed with the cut, he gave wrong suggestion Totally not worth

I've been here for Haircut and the service was very good. My haircut was done by Mr. Saddam. He was very polite and gave me a look which i wanted. He was professional and did his best.

Have had thecworst experiences at kutz today I am among the oldest clients there But today they handed me over to not a stylist but an ordinary staff who could not hold the hair brush n dryer also properly. We are ready to pay for any exorbidant charges they ask for. My hair got badly spoilt. I asked for feedback book they din hve that. Its a service orient field. Horrible

Great salon and great service too! I needed the hair cut desperately as I was traveling many places and I just walked in to get my hair done there and they accommodated me with smile . Aakash did excellent job for my hair. He made sure that I am getting the best service there . Thank you very much to him. He is very good at his job . I am very happy that I googled about the salon and went there and I found a exact place I was looking for .
