A amazing place to sit and enjoy your evening. This place can host many events, but is rarely used. Not well maintained. But im sure with minimum effort the place can be transformed into a amazing landmark. The lighting are too good. Visit at night, you would love the ambiance. The amazing place for photography, you will be able to get some good pictures here. The entrance to it is from the street walk, near auto stand. Just adjacent to baby theater, makes it a perfect place to wait for ur movie time in case u reached early. Popularity is less at the moment. I myself discovered this place by accident

There is no proper maintenance.

A place notable from normal traffic.. And where so many programms of kuthuparamba occurs.. beutiful and non crowded place .. seats are available for resting in the shade of shrubs

Its a good place to just sit and relax. But this place is maintained very poorly by municipality and also there is always a lot of people there.
