My own experience was good.Many people's reviews are not good regarding medical claim so if this is the fact then action should be taken by the management.
Otherwise Superb hospital.
My Mom was treated in KLC for one surgery under the guidance of Dr. Mahesh Thakker. Doctor is best in town there is no doubt to it, my mom recovered fully in very short span. Apart from relief from physical pain, mental and moral support for patient is of outmost important and we got this in this hospital, be it nurse, medical staff, patient care person every one was so helpful and boosted my mom's will power tht my mom recovered speedily.

ICU staffs and RMOs were very good and caring, Dr. Vijay Goswami, Dr. Deep Thacker and Dr. Ankur Dhanani were also great. But not much happy with the behaviour of one of the reception staff. Overall it was clean and hygienic.
They didn't gave our money back from mediclaim.
Management service is very bad. Owner also doesn't bother about the patient and their financial background as they are operating from the high class room with ac and all amenities and they do not know the condition of a middle class family and their financial family.
