Kuske Waterfall - Tourist attraction in Khotigao - South Goa, India

Went in August mid week. It's inside Cotigao reserve, half and hour inside. No network zone. Less water as rains in Goa had reduced. Yet there was lot of crowd, 4 buses full of people had arrived. It's an easy trek, just 10 minutes from the parking area to the waterfall. We saw a few waterfall Marshalls posted at the site with banners put up about being careful & cautious. Ropes have been put up for a river crossing during heavy rainfall times. The vicinity is clean, plastic and garbage free and we'll maintained by the locals. There are a few local home made restaurants in the vicinity put up by the tribal locals. We were a group of 35 through Green Riders and Trekkers. We had engaged services of one house across the bridge on the way to Mallikarjun temple to make hot onion Bhajiyas and tea for participants. They also sell local monsoon items like Almi mushrooms , Neer Fanas (breadfruit), honey, etc. It's a good idea to buy from these tribals as it's directly from the farmers. Helps them earn.

Goa is not just for beaches. It's abundant rich forests with flora and fauna are worth exploring and Kuske waterfall doesn't let you down. Drive to the location is one of the most beautiful drives and truly suggest to visit the place. Monsoon is the best time to visit

Located in the interiors of cotigao wildlife Sanctuary and very well maintained by forest department. Best time to visit is during monsoons. Hardly 15-20 mins trek from the parking. It's serene and beautiful out there. Must visit when in South Goa. However it's a seasonal trek. Gets dry post monsoons. Also you have to buy entry tickets in the forest area

It's a waterfall. If you are lucky enough, it can be your private waterfall. It takes a bit of hike (10-15 mins) from the base/ car park to the fall. Way is moderately step but walkable.

This place is really beautiful ! Locals over the hardly allow ppl to enter the forest. You have to walk for 4km to reach this destination. 6-7 times river crossing this experience was really amazing!!

One of the best waterfall in South Goa tucked inside cotigao wildlife sanctuary. Its a seasonal fall and gets dry completely post monsoon. The best time to visit is june- September. You will have to trek for about 15-20 minutes from parking to witness this amazing waterfall. Forest department has made shades on the way for people to rest of they want.
