Bought an antique necklace for my mum, but had to exchange it, said no exchange?!! Even gold ornaments and cloths are being exchanged whynot this necklace.. had to make bit of an argument.. then at the end item was exchanged.. Arman has done the exchange efficiently.. however the female executive who handled our sale was courteous on the first day but was disinterested for exchange..
