It has really awesome jewelries collection. But employees are very rude in theirs behaviour.. If we see something they starts asking can I add this and make bill.. They ll not let us to choose Gud design. If we choose something and we r not purchasing it they behaves too rude..really awesome awesome designs..

I love your designs and service but am giving 1 star rating only for your packaging and boxes. I have bought lacs of rupees worth of silver jewellery from you. In fact along with Amrapali Jewels you are my favourite silver jewellery store. But giving gifts in your packages is beyond embarrassing. In fact often I put your jewellery sets in Amrapali packaging as it is very classy. What prompted me to give feed back today - yesterday I had to buy an emergency gift to be sent to someone. I bought a set worth Rs 25000/-, and it was put in ugly polythene zip packets and cardboard red boxes. Unfortunately I had no time to change the box. Not sure if the receiver in Calcutta will think I have sent some cheap gift because it has come in a cheap box. PLEASE make your packages in line with prices of your jewellery or at least give an option to buy something classy for gifts.

In This store 24/7 , 365 days wifi won't work to use card transaction. Employees don't even try the card. Immediately they will come up and say card machine is not working and force us to use cash or UPI. I'm purchasing here in this store for past 2-3 years still this problem not solved.
