I am R. Priya having more than 1000 + points in Adyar Kushals which they didn't redeem for my bill on 2nd November 2023 citing server problem. Again on 4th November they didn't redeem my points for Rs. 2104/- citing the same server problem. Shockingly I got a message saying that I had only 719 points left including 715 points for my cash purchase on 4 th November, 2023 while I had not encashed my entire Rs. 2819/- in points form. I have repeatedly called up Adyar Kushals & they are refusing to give me the regional manager phone number & are saying that they didn't receive any reply for the email they sent regarding this. Please redeem your points immediately in Kushals even if it is 100 points as Kushals is cheating it's customers of their points. Also Kushals will never replace any damaged jewellery they sell to you even on the same day despite them having cameras which clearly shows the transaction. So please check the jewellery very well for any damages before buying in Kushals.
