I attended one of the most beautiful weddings at Kushal Palli! The resort is spread across acres and has all the amenities you can possibly think of. Beautiful pools, a beautiful view and a very efficient staff body. Highly recommend this resort for anyone in West Bengal and Jharkhand looking for a weekend getaway! Don't even think twice. P.S. carry your swimming suits because they have 3 wonderful pools

Beautiful property...best place for a destination wedding. Even at such a remote place they are able to run this facility so Kudos for that. If you are the kind of person who goes to places with your favourite novels and sprawl in nature while reading, then this is your place. The only downside is that they have a comparatively young staff who require a good training but nothing worrisome. Enjoy!!!

Great Rooms, Good Service, Good Location and World class maintenance of facilities. However there's one thing that should be mentioned to anyone looking to go there. The food was included in the total package costs and my god, the least I can write the better. The food was way below expectations in both taste and quality, 1 particular day during our stay we all practically couldn't even eat anything.I am not saying food was rotten, it simply didn't taste good. Either had too much or too less of spices and salts. Hence, the 4 starred rating! My request to the resort authorities please improve the food quality! Other than that, this place is great for weekend trip! It's absolutely refreshing!

It's an awesome place, if you are in Ranchi and you want to go to a nearby place, visit kushal palli. You get to experience a lot of things at one place, The pool is awesome do take a pair of clothes for the pool It's very neat and clean. Experience their beach view and lotus bridge in the evening. Then you have Shiva temple, spa, golf, yoga. Do experience their night view as their lighting is awesome. Trust me it's awesome place with a lot of things to do and it's very peaceful.

You need a car to visit this place for sure. Rooms & service is Good as they are expensive. Charged Rs5000 for a room for 2 persons with complimentary luxurious buffet breakfast. Other than breakfast one can visit local dhaba as they charge super high amount for food providing you avg taste. One thing I need to mention about this resort hotel is that it is maintained in a very professional manner. Super duper hygienic hotel w ample of Greenery in & out. Each & every staff is professional

Kushal Palli is a nice property for a weekend getaway with family or a group of friends.Here are some pros and cons about the property;-Pros:- 1) Very Big property with all amenities (Pool, gardens, sit out areas) and spacious rooms.2) Close to nature , surrounded by hills on all sides , a pond near by with forest area. 3) great atmosphere , there is always a tune of flute playing in hidden speakers. You can a talk a walk around the lush green property. Cons:-1) Rooms are not well maintained. The property which is sold out almost throughout the year, should focus on regular maintenance of rooms, furniture , etc. The geyser was not working in our room. Bathroom door was damaged. 2) Service by staff is not upto the mark. We asked for wifi password twice , but every time they told wrong password. Same happened when we asked for menu in the room. 3) Staff is not properly trained. They themselves don't know the timings of their restaurant. People on reception desk are also not professional and mis managed4) Food there was a big let down. No taste in any of the items , we had a buffet dinner and complimentary breakfast. Everything was disappointing.5) Sheets on our bed had a big shoe mark , as if someone stood on the bed with his or her shoes on.Which also means that the sheets were changed after the previous checkout. Such things are not expected when your a paying for a night. Overall, the property is nice and can be made the best just by ensuring the professionalism of the staff.

Surprisingly this place was booked for a marriage function and didn't allow any other guests to get in, which was really sad. We travelled 3 hours to this place and then had to go back at night. I would recommend everyone give a call before hand to avoid such experience.

Property is well maintained, neat & clean and has extra curricular stuff - however the usage of each is very cumbersome. Also Staff competency is very poor, especially front office check in staff. They don't advise you of what is available in hotel. Service is very slow However Antara restaurant manager is very hospitable and so is the event team
