I visited Brahma sarovar from GATE 7 this evening as it has many gated to enter from. Since, it was Gita mahotsav that was being organised in the near vicinity this place was filled with lots of people and all the shops were opened , showcasing different states culture and their souvenir for sale . one more thing that I like the about the Brahma sarovar lake was that at few distance apart there was a huge painting below which the story excerpt which was taken from Mahabharata was explained in a simplified way. I was really impressed by that.
