Historical & old canal. Constructed by Britishers. Now it has poor maintainence due to its employees & local people. They don' t know the value of water. But they very well know to blame government when they face water problems.

This is an important canal that provides major irrigation facility to the drought prone area of kurnool and Cuddapah districts.

Nice place in rainy season, need to go with spouse's family.

High way be careful while crossing road

good contruction but no water

Having a great length nearly 146 kms

water flow seasonal , maintance too bad
