There was no "Service with smiling face". The employees who was in 1st floor kids section, were not engaged with us and they are simply sitting in one place and roaming here and there. We didn't get any voluntary service from them. We voluntarily went and ask some doubts about the products, but we didn't get any proper explanations or response from them. Even we purchased products for Rs 2.5k and more. Since we had a worst experience.

Very worst behaving staff with no masks no social distancing. We could see whole staff as love birds with unethical response and unprofessional approach. The manager is a very worst and rude person. Finally this is not a place for shopping. Ever changing workers, no system and no decipline. Getting money without any service, in the name of parking token they are cheating and we have to pay twice to take our vehicle out. I have never ever seen such a very very worst place.
