Good hospital with efficient and experienced doctors and have all modern infrastructure facilities. Crowd management requires some improvement.

Dr Kurien is senior most Ophthalmologist at Ponnani he was in Kerala Government Health Service at Ponnani for a long time and after retirement he is now in full fledge service at Kurien Eye centre,his Son also an expert Ophthalmologist now he followed the same path of Dr Kurien and his service also is available here at this centre, visiting Retinal Surgeon is also here, hospital staffs are very helpful and caring towards the patient,they have OT here for Ophthalmic surgeries also

Good place, well maintained, good staff, all the procedure will complete fast will take only 15 min for testing,but need to wait a long to meet doctor. please dont go here if you have serious eye problem, this place is only good for the eye testing and small eye problem. i went here with (conjunctives ) Red eye, the doctor made be to have 10+ medicine and 7+ oniments for 20 days, that's really sad, and heard lot of bad experience of other people. so make sure this every time you visit. One more thing i never seen any doctor tear his own prescription infornt of patience, may be he had made bad assumption in my case.

I have very bad experience with receptionist staff they never value other person time .Receptionist cash counter staff are were stubborn and arrogant.Atleast treat them like human not like slaves .I think management hav eto teach the staff how to behave with patients

My uncle got his cataract surgery done here ..very happy and satisfied. Very neat and clean .. Doctors and staff need to be appreciated for their services...

Friendly staffs and doctors. We visited for cataract surgery and it was done smoothly.The whole procedure was done very professionally and the staff were very nice and courteous. But Wait time is little bit more here, otherwise it's a very nice hospital for any eye related issues.

Such a rude behavior from the nursing staff , we have taken treatment for my father . There is advisory class for the patients after treatment , they way these staff are behaving to senior citizen is unacceptable . We have been there with kurains with around 20 years but facing such a insult is for the first time. NB : I need someone from managerial level to disclose the staff details
