Staff is not at all co-operative especially the lady on the front desk. She is not capable of handling even 3-4 customer at time. Management need to ensure that people working knows how to talk to customers.The lady needs to be changed. The members contributing for dharamshala should know how the management is running the place in absence of them. For service even they don't deserve 1 star. With all due respect Sir, totally agreed with you that one need to and should follow the rules but we also cannot ignore the fact that majoirty of the reviews as seen only mentions about the complaints regarding staff behaviours and not the dharamshala.

Plz respond our call,nobody is responding...yesterday we visited n our bag has left there by mistake ....kindly do the needful..we have booked room number 202-203 in name of my husband Mr Sandesh A jain bill no 6965 dt 20/11/23

Very bad experience they charged us for AC rooms we took 4 rooms as we were family of 11 people but only onl1 rooms ac was working & even after complaining they didn't bother even to check but charged full amount of A c room

people employed der are not picking up phon very careless Many time I HV called many times different times I called on number given inJust dial

My family reached at 11pm and asked for a room. The people are very rude for an establishment of this kind. They are not at all well spoken and did not allow for 4 people to stay in one room. They insisted on booking two rooms and my family had to go someplace else at 11:45pm (after trying to work things out with management). I will ask people to not rely on this place for your stay. Please make other arrangements prior to travelling to Surat.

Very nice rooms & temple is very nice. Good location and All food available in surrounding area. Textile market, Dimond market are very near from this dharmasala. Railway station is opposite site of it & all types of bus services are nearly waking distance. Really very nice place for staying for swetamber jain people.

Worst staff.. even we showed our id of being jain still there was two lady on office desk they deny for rooms and mis behave with my friend.. manager was not there

No room for other Jains rather than Swetambar ..
