Kuntemane Homestay - Home Stay in Sagara - default, India

Excellent location, spacious room with hot water availability. Awesome food and very good room service. I would recommend this homestay for family and friends visits.

The room & bathroom is spacious . Very close to sagara jog falls main road. The food quantity is not upto mark. Food options are limited. Owner needs to maintain hygenic level when it comes to food plates and water filter . Considering the price , service needs to be improved.

It's a homestay suitable for family and corporate team outing with 6 rooms attached toilets , Calm and peaceful environment. The Ambience is good, However no indoor or outdoor Activities , No Swimming pool, Camp fire will be arranged, It costs Rs1500 to Rs1800 per head with food. Food was good. . Finally Hot water is available only on request

Ambiance wise its bit okay, but food not cooked properly, food items were very less and also staffs stole our stuffs. So think twice before booking this home stay..

The location is nice but facilities were bad. Bathroom was unclean, no hot water and flush wasn't working properly. Had to repeatedly ask for bedsheets before it was provided. Food was average. Not worth the money.

Good place to stay. Food and hospitality is nice. It's near to jog falls. There are no activities for now and owner said to expand it in the year 2019. Priced at 1800 per person per night and 24 hour check in check out is an advantage.

We (35 members) stayed in this homestay on last weekend. On a positive note, I will start the below comments. 1. Food ( dinner and breakfast) provided was good. Food quality was good. 2. The location of the homestay is awesome. Full of greenery. 3. Hospitality / service provided by the team was good. 4. There are currently 6 rooms, which can accommodate 4-6 people in the every room. 5. Manager was gentleman who listened to our queries/ feedbacks and tried to help at his best. 6. There is a small downstream just 100 mts from room. You can enjoy this as well. On the other hand, the below points would be considered for area of improvements. 1. Quality of coffee/ tea supplied was not that good. 2. A common bath room can be built which could be used by service people, as they were using our ( customers) attached bath rooms during mid night as well. It was very disturbing and spoils the privacy. 3. Shortage of Bed sheets and blankets for 10+ members. It was little difficulty to adjust because of cold. 4. There was no hot water for any of us which caused all to suffer by taking cold bath in morning. Over all it was a good experience. If you are planning to go with team of 15-20, then I can say it is a good place to stay over night and enjoy with your mates.

Had an bad experience. No food quality, no quantity, and it is too costly waste of going to kuntemane, avoid this place for enjoyment and food lover, and the owner behaviour is bad, the room hospitality is bad, no hot water. The single man manages cooking, watchman, cleaner and everything, when we arrived der time was 10pm and the food what they provided is tasteless and not boiled, and for 10 people dey made 3kg chicken think once is 3kg enough for 10ppl? . Totally it was waste of money and main owner behavior is bad.
