This store is a one-stop place for all groceries and other needs for a household. This store for long had a virtual monopoly in the area, but is now likely facing competition from newcomers like the Bemart near Nalanchira that offer a better shopping experience. It is my understanding the management has plans to move to a new building that is presently under construction. One thing to note is that there is a checkpoint after billing where the staff reconcile purchased items against the bill. Pain points include: 1. Narrow aisles that make it difficult to move around with a shopping basket, especially when crowded. 2. Lack of dedicated parking. Being very close to a signal and right on the side of a busy road makes parking and getting out a real nightmare.

Good neighborhood supermarket with all necessary household grocery and stationary items. The only minus I see is the billing. Billing is a mess. The billing staff are least welcoming. They look as if I did something wrong by choosing the billing counter. Once that's done, they remove all items again from the cover to recheck if everything's right as per bill. It's as if they don't trust their own staff to bill correctly. Another problem is that - after double checking, they still don't give items that are supposed to be given freely with an item. I also have had instances where the billing section increases the quantity of items billed. Maybe they think that we don't check quantity, only the items. Part from the billing mess and inconsiderate behavior of the staff, the supermarket has all necessary items I usually need.

Good super market. A spacious Shop for all products . Branded and local products are available. Nice behaving serving crews. Beautifully decorated products shelves. Best quality products. They are maintaining the quality since log they've started. Since, its roadside and the signal over there, Vehicle Parking is a bit difficult.

The supermarket used to be better before 6 months. Now they are not very customer friendly. Also now they started to charge for the vegetable bags too...

One time shopping centre with variety of products... Lack of parking space is negative point. Vehicles are came to this shop were park their vehicles in Road side. So the peak time heavy traffic problem in front of this shop. Kunnil margin free super market also aquire the Footpath also. A shed which build accross the footpath... Staff behaviour is average marked.

After collecting the required materials, we have to carry this to the billing section. From there they will take everything out for billing. Again we have to take back to the basket and carry to the checking section. There also all the things will be taken out and once again we have to put it back to basket/bag. Instead arrangements has to be made for checking near the billing section itself and to avoid multiple handling by the customer. Once the things are selected, the things should be handed over to the customer at end point, on making payment by customer. Another attitude by management that eggs lesser than 10 Nos in quantity are not sold to customer, which is not acceptable.
