Authentic Kerala breakfast items in the morning - vegetarian stuff like puttu, idiyappam, porotta, idli, dosa etc. Ambience is that of a tea stall- as it should be, as they make no claims to be anything else. Good place for a quick satisfying tasty bite.

Nice vegetarian hotel to try near tripunithara. Tried masala dosa and puttu kadala from there. we went by 9 30 in the morning so was not able to try all the dishes. Near to tripunithara temple(auto-30rs). There is no separate parking available, can park in the road side. parcel service is also available. Nice breakfast spot in affordable rate.

Ghee roast, masala bonda, Vada filter coffee This a go to breakfast option, ghee roast could have been more crispy, masala bonda had good filling. Filter coffee was medium strong. You'll have to find parking elsewhere.

A family managed, old school, vegetarian restaurant, serving tasty traditional meals like Dosa, Puttu, Idiyappam, Poori masala etc. Menu is limited but taste is great, homely and always served with a smile! The cafe is a landmark for Tripunithura and the generations here have lingered the delicacies for years. Ambience is moderate, yet neat and clean; expect crowd always but the wait is worth. Last but not the least- very pocket friendly too!

Kunjunni Nair's Cafe is one of the oldest restaurants around. It is a small restaurant specializing in breakfast items. The signature items loved by regulars and newcomers is the dosa, bonda and chutney combo. The bonda is a must to eat item here. The tea was also good here. The food taste more homely and also it is a pocket friendly budget restaurant. The staff working here are polite and well behaved. The staffs working here need to co-ordinate and co-operate well together as a team to serve the customers promptly at the shortest possible time. They don't have any parking space as it is very close to the highway. They accept only cash payments. The restaurant is not lit properly and will not provide you with required ambience. The restaurant is average clean and tidy.

Visited this nadan hotel in Tripunithura near SN Junction today, located opposite to Royal Bakers. Had the most renowned combination of Dosa with Bonda and Chutney, and is tasty. Had a coffee too after a 8 km walk. They accept gpay/upi payment too which is good. Prices are reasonable and it costs us 62 rs for one plate dosa/chutney/bonda and 2 coffee. Must try this hotel once if you're around Tripunithura as it started back in mid 60s.

This place has been around for more than 50years. And from the looks of it.. nothing much has changed ever since. It's a very small place with few items on offer. The dosa and chutney with the bonda is their trademark combo. I was lucky to get it and soon enough the bonda stock ran out. Dosa is soft and coconut chutney is watery.Bonda was good and so was the pazhampori. It's a very simple place with simple food, ambience and price.
